Hey, sorry we haven't posted in a long time, because we had technical problems, but it's all good now.

My name is Bernice. I just turned eighteen this year and my life has been a roller coaster ride. Still learning to be independent. I have a long way to go to be an independent and strong woman; I know I can do it. Right now, I'm living my youth and it's been awesome and crappy, but c'mon, that's life.

This is why I picked this song first for this music blog. For all the girls who are eighteen or who was eighteen, this song is for you.

My Top 10 OPM Songs (2017)

If you're not familiar with OPM, OPM stands for "Original Philippine Music" or "Organisasyon ng mga Pilipinong Manunugtog at Mangangawit". It's a music genre that's basically Philippine songs and ballads; and recently found out from friends that any OPM song composed by a Filipino singer or songwriter can be in English or any other languages. It took a while for me to become a fan of OPM. This year, I got heartbroken for the first time from a guy who I thought was “the one”. First of all, I am not doing this because I want to be with him again and I am not doing this just to meddle in with his relationship. I am doing this to express my story about my first heartbreak.
